BRAMBLETREK strictly abides by the UK 14-day cooling-off period consumer protection regulations, and provides standardized and worry-free return and refund services to protect the legitimate rights and interests of every customer.
1. Return Eligibility and Time Limit
Customers can apply for return, exchange or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. The returned tools and accessories must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with complete original packaging, labels and accessories, and no man-made damage, dirt or use traces. Products that have been used, damaged artificially or lack original accessories will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Application Process
First, send an email to our official mailbox to submit a return application and explain the return reason; wait for customer service review and approval; send back the goods according to the designated return address; after we receive and inspect the goods, we will process the refund or exchange procedure.
3. Refund Rules
After the returned goods pass the inspection, we will initiate the refund within 3 working days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 5–10 working days. Except for product quality problems or our delivery errors, the shipping fee for return shall be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
4. Defective and Wrong Goods Processing
If you receive damaged, defective, wrong or missing products, please take photos or videos to retain evidence and contact us within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will provide free return, exchange, full refund or re-delivery services without additional conditions.
