1. Order Processing Time
After the customer completes the payment confirmation, we will complete order sorting, inspection and delivery within 1–3 working days (excluding UK weekends and public holidays). During holiday promotions, peak shopping seasons and special circumstances such as logistics delays, order delivery may be slightly delayed, and we will update the logistics status in a timely manner.
2. UK Domestic Shipping
Standard domestic shipping in the United Kingdom takes 3–7 working days for delivery. The free shipping threshold and preferential shipping rules will be displayed in real time on the checkout page, subject to the current order amount rules.
3. International Shipping
We support shipping to most countries and regions around the world. The international delivery cycle is 7–15 working days, affected by local logistics efficiency and customs clearance progress. All international orders may incur local import duties and taxes, which shall be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping Notes
Please fill in accurate and complete recipient information and delivery address to avoid package loss, return or delivery failure. After the package is delivered, we do not support modifying the delivery address. If the package is lost, delayed or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after the logistics update and provide relevant voucher information for after-sales processing.
